We can look back at another successful year in ICC, thanks to the great collaboration of the global ICC network of members and stakeholders. Thank you for your trust and collaboration in the past year!

Some highlights in 2017 were......

  • the organisation of the highly successful 6th International Whole Grain Summit in Vienna, Austria as well as the co-organisation and endorsement of numerous other international conferences and meetings around the globe (e.g. Asia Pacific Grains Conference in Xiamen, China; the Global Miller's Symposium in Hamburg, Germany; FOODTECHMASTER Workshop, Padua, Italy; 9th International Flour-Bread Conference, Opatija, Croatia, FooD-STA project, IFA and ICC workshop "Hands-on training on baking technology" in Vienna, Austria)
  • Welcoming new Members to the ICC Family: Barilla, Pavan, GlycoSpot, Alpala Group, Özmen Group, Genc Digirmen - Milling Machines
  • Official Approval of new ICC Standard Methods: 
    ₋Official ICC Standard No. 168 "Measurement of Total Starch Content of Cereal Grains, Food and Feed Products using α-Amylase/Amyloglucosidase Method“
    ₋ICC Draft Standard No. 185
    "Measurement of Total Dietary Fibre in Cereals, Ingredients and Food Products Using the Rapid Integrated TDF Procedure (RINTDF)"
  • the expansion of the ICC network through new collaboration with other international organisations and associations.
  • the promotion through social communication channels - ICC is also available on Facebook
  • the involvement in several EU funded international research projects.

We are looking forward to providing ever improving services to the cereals and food science and technology communities and we hope for your continuous trust also in 2018 and beyond!
