If you would like to register a group or if you have any queries on registration fees please contact the ICBC2021 Secretariat.


Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank or chredit card charges) are at own expense. After 15 March 2021 payments will be only possible via credit card.


Payment Deadline

Payments must be made immediately via credit card or when using bank transfer within 7 working days but latest by 15 March 2021 to secure your participation. Please note that all unpaid bookings will be deleted without any further notice on 16 March 2021.


Press

Representatives of the press and media agencies with media credentials are welcome to attend the ICBC2021! Please contact the ICBC2021 Secretariat for details concerning media registration.


Requests for interviews of speakers should be sent to the ICC Headquarters, who will support the organisation of these on-line interviews.


Registration Deadlines

Normal Registration Fees apply for online bookings till 14 March 2021.

Late Registration Fees apply for online booking till 25 March 2021.

Payments for registrations made before 2021 remain valid for this online event! All those participants can either chose to receive a voucher for the price difference to be used for one of our next ICC events in 2021/2022 or to register another colleague for the online ICBC2021.

 Terms & Conditions

 Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your online registration, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 14 March 2021, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 26 March 2021, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 26 March 2021, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.


Other terms: By registering for ICBC2021, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list. Normally this information will be: name, surname, institution, country and email address. These details may also be available for parties directly related to the ICBC2021, including the online platform providers. The Conference Organisers may use these details to inform participants of conference updates or future events via email.

The ICBC2021 reserve the right to change any part of the event programme if necessary at any time.

 Group Registration

If you would like to register a group or if you have any queries on registration fees please contact the ICBC2020 Secretariat.


Letter of Invitation

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the online registration process. Please complete your registration and find the invitation letter in your participant's dashboard. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed conference registration. In case you can provide a negative visa notification the full registration fee will be refunded!


Networking Conference Dinner

The Networking Conference Dinner will be celebrated on 7 January 2021.

You will be able to book a separate ticket online when logged in, go to "see what is in the store" or benefit from a reduced price when directly choosing the Regular Registration WITH Networking Dinner.

Picture taking, audio/video recording and/or filming at the ICBC2020 meeting venue without prior permission of the organizers are prohibited. Requests for interviews of speakers or faculty should be sent to the ICC Headquarters.

Late/on-site Registration Fees apply for online booking till 13 December 2020 (late).

 Terms & Conditions - OLD

 Cancellation Policy: Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the ICBC2020 Secretariat of any change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 15 October 2020, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 6 December 2020, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 6 December 2020, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that the organisers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The organisers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.


Liability: The ICBC2020 organiser will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or related events. In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organiser accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.


Insurance: The ICBC2020 organiser cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. The ICBC2020 organiser strongly recommends that participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance participants, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes as this is not included in the registration fee. The ICBC2019 organiser and its co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.


Photography, audio and video recording: The ICBC2020 is held in a public space thus photographs and videos may be taken. The organisers do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video- or audiotaping some Conference activities. Participants agree that ICC may use images and videos taken by the organiser and/or participants at the Conference in material for dissemination purposes (e.g. publications, website, etc)
