ICC Governing Committee, Technical Committee and Auditors

ICC Governing Committee

The Governing Committee shall comprise the Past President (as Chair), the President, President Elect, Honorary Presidents and up to 3 invited persons.

The Governing Committee shall advise the Executive Committee on several matters, i.e. the financial position within the Association, the appointment of staff by the Association and others.

ICC Technical Committee

The Technical Committee shall consist of the Technical Director or in his/her absence the President Elect, and the Chairs of the Working Groups.

The Technical Committee shall review the progress of the work of the Working Groups and present to the Executive Committee proposals for standard methods and new Working Groups.

Auditors

The General Assembly shall elect two Auditors for a four year term. They shall supervise the managements of the Association’s finances with regard to the observance of the proper rules of accounting and the disposition of the Association’s funds in accordance with the statutes, within four months from the date of submission of the annual financial statement (balance sheet) in accordance with Art. 21 VerG (Vereinsgesetz - Associations Act). They shall submit an annual audit to the General Assembly. The accounting (fiscal) year is identical with the calendar year.
