ICC General Assembly

The General Assembly is the formal decision-making body of the Association. It shall be composed of the National Delegates, Deputy National Delegates, Corporate member representatives and Institutional members. It is chaired by the President, President Elect or Past President.

The ordinary General Assembly meets every other year, however, if necessary, Extraordinary General Assemblies may be convened. The General Assembly shall have a quorum if collectively at least one third of the delegates entitled to vote are present, or are represented by deputies, or have communicated their voting preference to the President in advance of the meeting.
