ICC Executive Committee
The Executive Committee shall consist of up to 24 members and shall include the President, the President Elect, the Past President, the Technical Director and members elected by the General Assembly, including elected Corporate member representatives, Country member representatives (National Delegates and Deputy National Delegates) and Regional representatives *.
The Executive Committee Members are elected for a six year term with the possibility for re-election. The Executive Committee shall have a quorum if at least one third of its members are present and shall take decisions by a simple majority. In the case of a tie the President shall have a casting vote.
The President shall chair the meetings of the General Assembly and Executive Committee and shall execute their decisions. The President Elect and the Past President shall assist the President in the performance of his/her duties and shall act in his/her place if the President is unable to fulfil his/her duties.
The Technical Director shall act as Chair of the Technical Committee and supervise the work of the Working Groups.
