New: ICC Handbook of Cereals, Flour, Dough & Product Testing: Methods and Applications
ICC is proud to announce the arrival of a new addition to the ICC publications list: ICC Handbook of Cereals, Flour, Dough & Product Testing: Methods and Applications, co-edited by Stanley Cauvain and Linda Young.
The ICC Handbook provides a unique synthesis of testing methods and practical application of those methods in the different parts of the grain chain. Method development, standardisation and application are core activities of the ICC and the Handbook highlights those key functions. The discussions in the Handbook identify needs and routes for the development of new methods and the different contributions demonstrate the active role that ICC is playing in those new developments. The book will be presented at the DF09 Conference in Vienna, Austria, 1 July 2009 and can be ordered via ICC Services GmbH.
