Position: Head of Cereal Department, Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology IATA-CSIC, Burjassot, Spain.
Concha Collar is a leading scientist in cereal science specialized in interactions of dietary fibres in cereal products. She is Past President of ICC, organized the very successful ICC’s 13th International Cereal and Bread Congress and substantially contributed to the programming of ICC’s 2nd Latin American Conference.
